@keithjones0591 @TomK_Brit1993 I could debate the myths you mention, because they’re just myths. All I can say is that from a European perspective, that’s what most of us want u to believe. To ensure the UK doesn’t return, it puts an end to the obstacle it posed to the European project.

The reasons to be in the EU that appeared to exist up until Brexit no longer exist. The continent, particularly Germany, is rapidly deindustrialising. What was purported as a peace project has become warmonger project. The EU has had a hand in changing election results in several countries. Free movement of citizens is becoming subject to digital ID. True, the UK is very bad and seemingly in terminal decline, but there is more chance of a reversal there than in the EU.

Do you think the UK will ever rejoin the European Union? If so, when?

@JungleAlex13227 I wonder if people think about the issue of 'on what terms'? Single currency? Schengen? EU Army? No opt outs? Majority Voting? Paying our full whack of fees? We gave up a lot when we committed suicide by leaving. There is only 'join' or don't join now.
