All boys and girls track athletes who aspire to be captains, the next leadership class is tomorrow (Thurs 12/12) at 7:00 am in the avid room at FHS. Rumor has it there will be a special guest at the class! #GoFalcons!!

I encourage all track and field athletes who are captains or who desire to be captains to attend all of the leadership courses. Talk to Mr. Badger if you aren’t on this year’s list of participants.

Simon Lual jumped 41’ 7” on his 3rd jump in the prelims of the State Meet. 2nd flight of prelims starts in a few minutes.

All JV and Varsity Track & Field boys and girls are invited to attend our awards night at FHS on Tuesday, June 4 at 6:00 pm. Cookies and milk will be served, letters and numerals will be handed out as well as other team awards. Every athlete will receive a team booklet.

The boys 4x400 meter relay team of Hamze Aden, Riley Reistad, Simon Lual, and Trey Krannich placed 7th with a time of 3:38.56

Trey Krannich placed 5th in the boys 200 meter dash with a time of 23.35

Huge congratulations to Madelyn Skjeveland who placed 2nd in the girls 800 meter run with a time of 2:16.36, resetting the school record and qualifying for the State meet at Hamline university next week.

Cade McAdam placed 9th in the boys discus with a throw of 133ft 7in

The boys 4x100 meter relay team of Abdulmajid Said, Mac Ferris, Will Swanson, and Trey Krannich placed 7th overall with a time of 46.00.

A huge congratulations to Trey Krannich for being your section champion in the boys high jump with a height of 6ft 4in. He will be competing at Hamile next week at state! #FalconPride #WeAreFaribault

Madelyn Skjeveland placed 4th in the girls 1600 meter run with a time of 5:10.37

Congrats to Trey Krannich for qualifying for the finals in the boys 200 meter dash with a time of 23.31

Bryce Nolen placed 8th in the boys pole vault with a vault of 12ft even.

Congrats to Madelyn Skjeveland for qualifying for the girls 800 meter run finals on Saturday with a time of 2:16.23. Madelyn also set a new school record in this event.

Huge Congratulations to Simon Lual who finished 2nd at section in triple jump with a jump of 43' 10.5". Simon qualified for the state championship at Hamline University next week.
