Due to this ruling … brokers IMMEDIATELY started blocking foreign drivers from picking up loads and turning them away from pickup zones. With all the accidents and lives lost or ruined due to the influx of foreign drivers coming in and not knowing basic English or road safety, this is a GREAT ruling which will help protect Americans and/or give them an avenue towards financial relief.
