Listen with the intention of genuinely understanding. Relational leaders do a lot of inquiring. The goal is to understand (not change) the person.

Great leaders know what to STOP and what to START. Stop stressing. Start blessing. Stop performing. Start serving. Stop worrying. Start worshipping. Stop complaining. Start praising. Stop trying. Start training. What are you STOPPING and what are you STARTING?
