Ce retrait est d'autant plus regrettable que la situation du secteur s’est dégradée en France pour ce qui relève de la liberté d’établissement et reste la + restrictive des Etats membres pour les conditions opérationnelles (fiscalité, horaire d’ouverture…). Selon les indicateurs de restriction de compétitivité pour le commerce en 2022, la France obtient la première place du classement ; médaille d’or dont le secteur se serait bien passé.

Nous regrettons que la nouvelle version de déclaration ne reflète plus le rôle clé des services, dont le commerce, en 🇪🇺. Faciliter la création d’établissements commerciaux et leurs activités au quotidien est clé, notamment en 🇫🇷. Trop de restrictions pèsent sur ce secteur.

Podařila se nám s @CZECHIAinEU a @RPUE_LU opravdu velká věc. Získali jsme nebývale silnou podporu pro naši výzvu na podporu vnitřního trhu 🇪🇺. Jde o základní konkurenční výhodu Evropy, která by měla i nadále zůstat jednou z našich hlavních priorit. Máme před sebou velké výzvy a právě další prohlubování vnitřního trhu spolu s jeho zefektivňováním je jedním z klíčových nástrojů, jak jim úspěšně čelit. Společně s Lucemburskem jsme proto oslovili ostatní země s žádostí o podporu a nakonec se nám podařilo vyslat silné politickou zprávu podepsanou až 20 členskými státy zdůrazňující potřebu zásadního posílení vnitřního trhu v příštích pěti letech.
