@ClarityAutism Great graphic. I use this concept a lot in my work, often thinking about this as a seesaw and also the use of traffic lights so there can be a balance of activities across any day or week 😊

We regularly recommend the use of ‘Energy Accounting’ - considering what may ‘withdraw’ energy & what can help to ‘deposit’ energy. This is a really helpful concept to proactively manage fatigue & assist with regulation of emotion. Please let us know if you have used this before!

Big moment for me today. After having covid a year ago, I almost gave up on running (some the after effects, some getting out of the habit and getting unfit). This was my first event post-covid; a beautiful 5 mile trail run around Lambton Castle. Minus a 🐝 sting, it was 10/10
