Ok y’all .... Since Jan 1st I’ve just completed my 20th Bikram Hot Yoga class‼️ What I’ve learned:
1. Losing tons of weight.
2. Increasing flexibility dramatically.
3. Finding a peaceful and focused
mental zone.
4. The Mind & Body must work
together.
