@FC_Help I don’t want to open a dispute, but I am at a loss for what to do. I can see the items were received on 12/24, and there is no communication or indication I am being refunded. You are literally the only person affiliated with FC who has responded.

@FC_Help I have purchased the FCUK series 2 Full touch Smartwatch (Color: Black) | B097F6MY97.
I am not able to connect the watch with mobile all the time and the battery is also draining in 4 hours after full charge. Where to find the customer service center.

@FC_Help I bought them from the French connection store in Newcastle. I have looked over my bank statements and believe it was on Friday the 7th May. However, I must of paid in cash. They were new season, maybe £85? I have hardly worn them because I bought them for the winter.
