@Reguli32Jozef @AlexionIQ It was attacking and risky, but you could pin your opponent in with the fullbacks staying high and wide, I loved it. Now you can't get that kind of width on the game at all. Keeps defences super narrow. It sucks

@NepentheZ If you want to understand EA's game design, and why the hardcore community all complain about it, just remember that your average rush player ability is the average player ability of FC players. Completely usless. Makes you realise why Ai defending is so OP for example.

People that play Rush confuse me more than any other on Ultimate Team. How can one be so bad 😭

@MavricTweets You can miss a tackle and immediately try again before the attacker has a chance to move. You can tackle from anywhere, side, behind, and the lunging animations are ridiculous. He missed 90 tackles and conceded 0 fouls. WHAT ARE WE DOING @EASPORTSFC ??

@MavricTweets I have been talking about this for 3 years now. They created a game with zero consequence for tackling. They removed red cards pretty much entirely They made spamming bruiser to make 'advanced defending' even easier than spamming tackle It's genuinely pathetic game design

@IloveUihateU__0 Just unbelievable. He never really delivered for Belgium but was incredible for Anderlecht and PSV (back when the dutch league was very good too). Huge shame he broke his leg at villa because that one goal he did score is absolutely outrageous

@rxckydusa Manual interceptions... what a world we could live in. I can cursor defend in the exact line of the pass 10+ times a game and not get the ball with intercept+. Meanwhile, your defensive Ai will run at full speed, backwards, into the open lane to intercept a pass

@owen_hickmott15 @AlexionIQ it's 'ULTIMATE' team but you can't play cards in the position you want, or in the 'role' you want, or on 'chemistry'. Everything is sliced up nonsense to make EA more money and restrict your experience. A stream of meaningless and pointless rewards Everything should be coins

Untradable packs - arguably one of the worst things EA have ever introduced in Ultimate Team.

So has anybody in the FC community noted how 'real face' in game correlates with better play in game. Ever since Sydney Schertenleib got a real face in recent patch she's INSANE! Last year, no Vicky Lopez face - she was okay. This year they added her face and she's crazy.

@YYoshiiiiii As an account Booster i can 100% confirm that. Some accounts are just faster than normal and some are unplayable. I haven't yet found the correlation that explains this, but it exists.

@AlexionIQ @Er_Caccia98 And to be clear - the menus on this game are horrendous anyway, if it wasn't for the web app and extensions i'd never both completing an SBC.

@AlexionIQ @Er_Caccia98 Always confuses me how much people love 'the menu grind'. Content creators built around trading not actually playing the game. It's fine to have a bit of both, but need to get back to gameplay before everything else mindset - else the rest is irrelevant.

Scrolling through X, it seems we’ve hit that time of the month where everyone complains about the game. It’s time to address the elephant in the room. Content creators have built their brands on pack openings, picks, and SBCs, almost NEVER on gameplay (with very few exceptions). We’ve spent years watching hours of streams where people just open packs for their community. In my opinion, EA noticed. They started bombing us with promos because they realized the "content" isn't the match, it's the pack opening. Gameplay became an afterthought, leading to the flawed title we have today. It’s honestly ironic watching creators complain now. They helped create a system where you can "play" without ever stepping on the pitch. This is what FUT needs to return to: • Rivals: 20-25 games for rewards. • Weekend League: 30 games. • NO Market. Let’s get back to the actual game. As a pro player, I have to point out games we should actually learn from: Rocket League and LoL. They have cosmetics, but if you don’t click "Play Match," you might as well uninstall. The game only exists on the pitch/field and this is the right way 🤷🏻‍♂️
