Today I turn 54. Clothed with strength and dignity, grateful for the wisdom gained through the years, and ready to laugh at the days to come. My desire is that each year I am becoming more like the woman God calls me to be.

Nothing fills a reading teacher’s heart more than watching students think deeply about stories. For #ReadAcrossAmerica we celebrated Dr. Seuss by analyzing character change in The Lorax, comparing his stories, and learning about the author behind the books. ❤️📚 @Freeman_Hawks

Our PTA knows how to make fundraising FUN! Students “tattooed” teachers, laughter filled the halls, and Mrs. Ryan took the win with 270 tattoos! Shoutout to Mrs. Gobi and Coach Shannon for rounding out the top 3! 🏆 Trulu thankful for our PTA and all the staff that participated!

🎶✨ Motown Magic came alive last night! Our students honored Black History through music, movement, and powerful messages of unity, perseverance, and dreams that inspire generations. From Motown classics to a Soul Train finale — Fri-Yay was dedicated to the elements. 🌍🍃🔥
