This has got to be some fucking joke.
After 25 days, lies, false promises, complaints and conversations with your managers you’ve manage to send me exactly the same fucking hoodie in the same wrong colour. I ordered fucking grey and you’ve sent me once again a Green? Is your company really that incompetent of following a simple online order.
Absolute waste of money and waste of my time.

Thank you for nothing but disappointment and false promises. I’m not going to let this go. My order was placed on the 7th December, you sent me the wrong item and it’s now the 26th. This response is all I have been told for nearly 3 weeks now. I’m struggling to understand how you’ve struggled to simply exchange my parcel.
This response is not an answer only a poor excuse for terrible organisation on your company’s part. Until I receive this “Email” I will keep voicing how terrible this situation has been dealt with.

2 weeks and still no parcel received. Formal complaint logged and still no response. Worst customer service I’ve experienced.
A Christmas present my partner wont been opening Christmas morning because of your lack of communication and poor managing of the situation.
