The other criteria is that all registered voters must hold U.S. citizenship, in addition to being ranked in the Massachusetts group. Certain exceptions will be granted in regards to the latter, as some people joined before the cutoff but were unjustifiably not ranked.

Ahead of the election on the 3rd April, the state electoral register has been updated. Only those who have listed Massachusetts as their state of residence and meet the other criteria will be eligible to vote. bit.ly/3u0U6kv
