today - 540 cals started a 24hr fast after completing a 14hr one about to hit core and legs - did not do 10k steps

genuinely thought i healed my ed, but really i just got thin and maintained it but, gained 2 extra kgs and spiralled because i have a holiday coming up where i’ll be in bikinis constantly so gotta lose 6 kgs in 6 and a half weeks

haven’t updated this for awhile lost 0.90kg, i’m at 50kg now! only 5kg to go yay

24/03/25 cw: 50.9kg ugw: 45kg today was an omad, could’ve eaten way less on my plate but overall better than usual, woke up 1.25kg lower which is good. walked 13k steps today so burnt 360 cals off, didn’t have time for an ab workout.

i feel like crying, i’ve been overeating for a few weeks, i’ve gained and lost my thigh gap, i feel so fucking gross what was i thinking man im gonna be documenting my weight loss on this thread to keep me accountable. cw: 52.15kg ugw: 45kg
