@AkumaMikoVT Commercial use is normally using the art for merchandise to sell and marketing. But I never viewed commissioning art and posting it as marketing. Especially if you're only going to use it as a profile picture and nothing else. Maybe I just don't understand lol.

I was looking at future comm purchases on vgen and this tos…is a total head scratcher for me. The artist states that Vtubing/Pngtubing isn’t personal use and it falls under commercial, while I can understand it falling under monetized content like for Twitch or YouTube graphics Why commercial? It’s not being made into outside merchandise (as your terms prohibit it from what it seems) it’s not being sold as a outside product or being used for merch If you’re posting a cool piece of art you received, and you’re not monetizing it or using it as merch then doesn’t that count as personal use?? This is so confusing to me lol
