Congrats @valenciacollege School of Engineering, Technology and Advanced Manufacturing for receiving the Delta Chapter of the Year by the #FES.

Bravo to Brianna Mahon, a rising senior at the @univmiami, for being awarded the Student Service Award. Brianna is a civil engineering student and has been accepted into the college’s 4+1 program where she will complete both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in 5 years.

Congrats to @HDR_Inc's Javier Manso PE, a leader in the design and management of transportation facilities, for receiving the #FloridaProfessionalEngineersInIndustry Engineer of the Year Award. Manso has served as the engineer of record for the most well known S. FL. expressways.

Congratulations to @WendyMiaTunnel, @PortMiamiTunnel CEO, for being named a #FES Outstanding Service to the Engineering Profession. She’s the first woman to lead a North American asset for @Meridiam, and is a highly experienced transportation infrastructure engineer.

Bravo to Dr. Lisa Spainhour, PE, a #FES Outstanding Service to the Engineering Profession Award recipient. She is a professor and department chair at the @FAMUFSUCOE Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering.

Hats off to @Haskell senior subject matter expert Matthew McLeer, PE for being named a #FES Fellow. With 25+ years of experience in the construction and engineering industry, this @GeorgiaTech grad has provided geotechnical oversight on projects across the US and internationally.

Congrats to Dr. Sunny Narayanan @narayanan_sunny, a #FES Outstanding Technical Achievement Award recipient. Sunny is a @FloridaState research faculty member contributing to @NASA’s space program by studying physiological effects of deep space radiation, Lunar and Martian gravity.

Congrats to @HaskellCo Kevin J. Crump for being named a #FES Fellow. For 25 years, Kevin has exemplified high character and distinguished achievement as a professional engineer. He represents the #PE profession with honor and integrity.

Bravo to the @SFWMD’s Ana Carolina Coelho Maran, PhD., PE (@ninamaran) for receiving the Outstanding Technical Achievement Award from #FES. Under her leadership, the SFWMD has advanced comprehensive resilience planning and infrastructure adaptation to protect communities.

Congrats to the Florida Engineering Leadership Institute Class of 2025 graduates. FELI is the premiere engineering leadership program in Florida which empowers engineering professionals to become community leaders. We can’t wait to see the great things you will accomplish. Bravo!

Hats off to Fort Lauderdale’s Vincent Locigno, PE who has been named the 2025 Young Engineer of the Year. He's a team member at Chen Moore and Associates, specializing in design, permitting and construction engineering inspection of large scale utility infrastructure projects.
