Eva foam antlers for a jackalope in the works! Very light weight, at 76 grams for one completed antler. These attach via heavy duty magnets on the head so the customer can choose to be a regular bunny too.

Custom head bag for client of their additional Sona from another maker! I decided a pop of color would be fun for this one, since they sport a lovely green hairdo. Bag is fully lined with a matching grey cotton.

I will happily make custom head bags for suit heads not made by me, I just need the head in my studio to be able to custom make the bag for a perfect fit :)

Been a busy October with finishing up a full suit, working on Halloween costumes with my besties, then my dad's 62nd birthday just a few short days after Halloween, and now? A cold. It's been 2 years since I've been sick, but it's finally got me. Hoping to be back to work soon!

For Halloween I had the opportunity to make a Hornet Cosplay for my bestie! The head is EVA foam covered in fleece so it's very light weight. The needle is 3D printed in about 10 pieces and epoxied together with lots of sanding. Both head and needle patterns from @WillowCreativ

To help prolong the life of your pattern notchers, buy 2. Use one for paper only and one that will be abused with tape. Sharpen the tape one with the tinfoil as needed. Packing/masking tape will not gum them up near as bad as duct tape. 2/2

Got a dull pattern notcher? Take a cut of tinfoil, fold it over until it's thick enough that you need pressure to punch through and go ham on it. It won't make it brand new, but it will sharpen it enough to bite through tape and paper again. 1/2
