Back at it again, SFA University Livestock Judging Contest for these ladies (don’t worry we were parked 😉)

Meet the first of our 3 steers for HLSR Bhucl (pronounced Buckle)!

Wharton County Livestock Judging Contest on this beautiful day!

Last night our last calf scrambler went at the HLSR, things did not end the way we wanted but she did receive the Hard Luck Award and will be able to raise a steer for next year!

One last ride on the green shavings for this young lady. So proud of all the hard work she has done the last 4 years. She will have many memories to last her a lifetime, I hope she looks back and smiles.

Last these two participated in the HLSR calf scramble. We had one catch and the other received a gift from a committee member to help pay for her next project. One more calf scrambler to go tonight!

Day 1000, goats showed but unfortunately it didn’t go our way. Next up steers and calf scrambling!

Proud of these three young ladies. First time showing rabbits and they did well. It didn’t go the way we wanted for Camille but Alaya got 3rd in class for her breed and Coi got 5th in class for her breed. Now on to goats!

Goat show was last night, Cahyra got 4th in her class and Piedad got 9th in her class. So proud of both these girls! Moved pigs in this morning and they show tomorrow,we got this!

Goat check in last night at the Fort Bend County Fair, today we show. We got this!

If you are interested in raising livestock for Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo the animal raiser meeting is September 8th at 6:00pm in P7.1
