Last one from the IG Q&A: “Is gaping achievable for everyone?” Some degree can happen during or after play because the muscles have stretched and relaxed. But anatomy and pelvic floor tone vary a lot, so the degree differs from person to person. 🕳️

Another question: “Does everyone eventually get a rosebud with enough practice?” Ahh…The famous 🌹 Anatomy does play a role in whether or not a person shows a rose. Bodies vary a lot, so it's not really a “practice long enough and it will happen" situation.

@FFIRE_BOY Depends on anatomy. However, long term practice does loosen up things a bit more than usual. This is from my own experience as I was never gifted, and still there could be much more, but I am content with what I have been able to achieve this far. Stay and play safe

Another good question I got from the IG Q&A: “How often should someone train?” A general guideline I share: - 1x/week → maintenance - 2–3x/week → building capacity But it really shouldn’t feel rigid. Bodies respond best to consistent, patient training over time (not force)

Also! It can really help to experiment with time of day. For me, playing somewhere between 1–4pm works best. I’ve had a light breakfast, my body’s settled, and I’m not starving.

What helps most is having a consistent routine that works for your body. For me that usually looks like: - starting prep ~60–90 min before play - rinse for a few minutes (with breaks) - lighter eating beforehand - regular fiber - avoid over-douching

Another IG Q&A question: “Pros and cons of wearing a butt plug for several hours?” Pros: some people find it helps them get used to fullness and practice relaxing. Cons: long wear can cause irritation, dryness, or pelvic floor fatigue.
