FXIS helped Aldershot Outpatients @FrimleyHealth pause before acting ⏸️ shifting from quick fixes to clearer problem understanding. Using data, shared dialogue, scorecards & PDSA, teams now implement change more intentionally, with greater clarity & sustainability 😄 #FXISwin
