While in Orlando for the Auxiliary Academy graduation, Troop C Auxiliary Troopers met a visiting family excited to see an American patrol car up close. Stories, stickers, sunglasses, smiles, and a little FHP history made for a memorable interaction beyond the roadway.

Today’s swearing-in ceremony marked the beginning of service for 13 new Auxiliary Troopers. Congratulations to our newest Auxiliary Troopers. Your commitment to serve begins today.

FHP Auxiliary Troopers, alongside career troopers, assisted the Cash & Rocket rally, a women-led charity traveling from Charleston, SC to Miami. As it passed through North Florida, members helped provide a safe escort.

This past Saturday, Troop B took part in UF Health’s Explore Healthy Heroes Day, engaging kids through hands-on safety experiences. From the rollover simulator to lessons on seatbelts, bike safety, pedestrian awareness, and distracted driving, promoting lifelong safe habits.

As we continue recognizing Telecommunications Week, Troop G Auxiliary was proud to sponsor lunch for the Jacksonville Regional Communications Center. JRCC serves 18 counties across Troops G & B, keeping operations running every day. Great to meet the voices behind the radio.

Multiple reports of racing on I-4, the Turnpike, and SR-429 brought FHP resources into action these past weekends. Auxiliary Major Coffman responded in Seminole County as part of the coordinated enforcement effort that resulted in one arrest.

Auxiliary Trooper Snelling of Troop F has been named FHPA Officer of the 4th Quarter 2025. He volunteered for 22 of 24 range days during transition training, helping achieve a 100% qualification rate. Logging 200+ training hours and the highest patrol hours of the quarter.
