Before you attend any off-season tryouts or workouts you must do the following: 1) Turn in a VHSL completed physical form. 2) Complete Online Registration - registration will not open until June 15th.  Please check our website on or after June 15th.

Girls lacrosse loses in the semis to Stone Bridge. They will continue next week in the regional tournament.

Girls Soccer loses 0-1 to Briar Woods in the semifinals. They will continue next week in the Regional playoffs.

Reminder Student-athletes: in order to be eligible to play or practice you must report to school on time (9:30 am) and remain in school the entire day. Exceptions may be made for doctor or dental appointments (bring a note). Seniors participating in Capstone are exempt.

Fridays semis schedule based on Officials availability is Girls at Home @ 4:45 pm. Boys at Stone Bridge @ 7:30 pm.

Boys Soccer beats Briar Woods in the first round of districts and advances to Thursday’s semifinals at Riverside @ 7:30.

The boys soccer game tonight will start at 6:25 pm.

Boys Tennis beats Riverside 5-2 to win the Potomac District Tournament and remain undefeated. District Singles and Doubles start tomorrow at Lightridge. One step at a time boys!

Boys Lacrosse plays a great second half to get the team win over Briar Woods in the first round of Districts. They advance to Wednesday’s Semifinals at Stone Bridge at 6 pm.

Softball beats Champe 7-0. Their next game scheduled again with Champe has been changed to a forfeit win for Freedom due to Champe player injuries.
