@SpeakTruthAndRH @InternetH0F Nope, FFLs have to use UPS or FedEx. The USPS rule change is independent of the ATF’s proposed rule changes which would allow an in-state FFL to do a “Non Over The Counter” transfer. Even if the USPS rule doesn’t change but the ATF does, they would have to use UPS/FedEx

@InternetH0F They already do, you just need to go through a FFL dealer. It’s just removing a step.
