@FIySwoop Just received a flight change for a flight coming up in December. The new date works for us but we no longer see our seat selection that we paid for in advance. Trying to contact you but the phone number says Swoop is unavailable. What should we do?

Its 2022 and here at Swoop we are always looking at ways of innovating. We think you will enjoy us changing around your flights without notice. Try taking your return flight home first first and then your departing flight second. Makes sense to us - Happy flying

@FlySwoop Will NEVER fly with @FIySwoop again! Waited and followed up for 3 months to be told a genetic “you can’t get a refund”. Your customer service agents may as well be robots! I was asked to pay for bags I already paid for, now this! Absolutely unbelievable!
