hi hi so i've been on a year long BODY HIGH r&d journey. i've been working with my favourite collaborators to explore new movements and new ways of conveying a performance on a larger stage. i have never adhered to a traditional rollout  and i am not a lipgloss or a t shirt so i dont want to market myself like that. i want to breathe and i want to share my process with you, because its only ever been about us and the community we have birthed around us since 2012. more to come but this show will be like nothing you have ever seen before, 20 years of practice, 20 years of discovery, i want to grow in real time in front of you. get out your mind with a BODY HIGH.
