FLGISA brought together local and state leaders, with State CIO Warren Sponholtz and Representative Mike Giallombardo discussing Florida’s cybersecurity efforts and the value of ongoing collaboration to strengthen security across the state.

We are pleased to announce Eric Graham as the newly appointed State Chief Data Officer. Eric will lead statewide data strategy, promote responsible data use, and strengthen cross-agency collaboration to advance Florida’s data governance and interoperability.

In 2025, the Florida Digital Service equipped the state workforce with valuable skills, hosting 40+ trainings that offered 1,400+ continuing professional development and education credits to recertify and upskill the state workforce.
