💛 April is Volunteer Appreciation Month, and we want to say THANK YOU to every incredible volunteer at the Florida Dream Center!

Because of the generosity of Publix Super Markets Charities, our Mobile Food Bank continues to serve families across Pinellas County every single week. 🚚💚 Their partnership helps us provide fresh food and hope to seniors, parents, and neighbors who need it most.

Gabby has been volunteering with FLDC for the past three months, in that short time she has already made a big impact. While she originally came to earn Bright Futures hours, she quickly discovered that what keeps bringing her back is the amazing people she gets to serve with.

🍓💛 We were so glad to partner with Helping Hands as they came to the Florida Dream Center to receive an incredible 435 pounds of fresh food! From strawberries, squash, zucchini, and cantaloupe, this nutritious donation will help fuel individuals and families.🥒🍈

🌟 Thanks to United Way Suncoast, our Work Readiness Training Class is giving families the tools they need to succeed. Graduates not only gain NCCER certification but also a 3-year Forklift Certification, helping them stand out to employers and secure better opportunities.

This Saturday, Harbor Side Church joined us at the Florida Dream Center and jumped right into serving our community! Their team spent time praying with our clients, bringing encouragement and hope, while others helped carry food boxes out to cars with joyful, servant hearts. 📦🙏

What may seem small to some has given him independence, opportunity, and renewed confidence. We connected with our incredible partners at Bikes For Christ. Daniel is deeply grateful for this blessing and for the partnership that made it possible.

Thanks to the Pinellas Community Foundation, we can keep the dream alive. 💙 Their generous grant supports our Work Readiness, Mobile Food Bank, Adopt-A-Block, and Resident Advocacy programs, covering the everyday needs that keep our mission alive.

This Saturday, BridgePoint joined us at the Florida Dream Center for their Serve Day — and what a powerful morning it was! It’s moments like these that remind us how impactful it is when a community comes together to serve.
