Track Athletes, I’m sorry, but I have to cancel today’s preseason workout. I forgot about an appointment I have. The workout is (8) 200’s at 75%, along dynamic stretches, hurdles workout, and (6) stick drills. Don’t forget to cool down

The 2021 Lakewood Ranch Track & Field season will start off with (2) meeting on Tues. 12/1 & Thurs. 12/3 @ 2:30, @ the stadium. Paperwork and preseason training will be discussed. If you have a uniform from last year, please bring it. Happy 🦃 Day

Thank you to the Reid Family for updating, building, and installing new panels for the T&F/CC Record Board at Lakewood Ranch High. You guys did a great job. Thank you so much.

Prayers out to the Palmetto Community. Huge loss with the passing of Coach Atkinson. Was a great man and always lending a helping hand at our track meets. He will be missed.

Track pickup and drop off has moved to the main gymnasium entrance. 9-11am today.

Athletes, uniform drop off will be from 9-11am on Monday, the 18th. Please follow the car loop and we will be located between the locker rooms and gymnasium. Please have your uniform in a plastic grocery bag. Thank you.

Mom’s of Athletes, Happy Mother’s Day!! Thank you for all that you to support your child/children. Rides to practice, washing practice clothes, providing food, and supporting/cheering for them at meets. Always being there for their ups and downs. Thank you.

Please use the car rider loop and go to the entrance doors of the gymnasium. I will be out there working.

Athletes and Parents, Uniform drop off and Apparel pickup is scheduled for Monday, the 18th from 9-11am. FANCLOTH and Snap Raise apparel has been organized and bagged. If this date and time doesn’t work for you, please text me (603) 556-0015.
