@EmiratesNBD_AE Your 15month plan is more than what the minimum payment was. If someone is struggling to pay 2000 AED pm why would your restructure offer a payment of 2600???? @EmiratesNBD_AE this is not a reasonable plan and breaking @centralbankuae guidance

I was struggling to pay the 2k minimum payment due to financial hardship and asked for support from @EmiratesNBD_AE. This is what they have offered after threats and harassment. @centralbankuae and @SanadakUAE please help

@EmiratesNBD_AE I have done this several times and the same happens. You have passed it on to an external company but told them not to agree to anything above 15months. @OfficialADCB agreed to a 36month plan yet ENBD is stalling this and being difficult. @SanadakUAE @centralbankuae

A representative from @FABConnects calls me on monday to go through options for restructure and tells me they will get back to me with options. Then i get this email now. @centralbankuae and @SanadakUAE please clarify the rights of customers to request zero fresh funds plan

Received a call from @FABConnects stating they do not offer a zero fresh funds restructure plans longer than 6-12months for financial hardship. @centralbankuae and @SanadakUAE how is this possible??

I have already shared my concerns several times @EmiratesNBD_AE - do you encourage this type of action by your employees? I have never provided a cheque to ENBD so why would a threat to cash this be emailed unless you have a fraudulent cheque?

Simple yes or no? Your employees threaten to cash cheques they don't have and @EmiratesNBD_AE thinks this is fine? Is this fraudulent? Is this in line with central bank regulations? Simple answer for your consumers

During negotiating @OfficialADCB continue to block funds. Where is the compassion that you displayed last week? Or was this just for social media? @SanadakUAE negotiating shouldn't be conducted this way

Getting closer to finalising a repayment plan agreement with @OfficialADCB which will remove a major stress and support my family and I. It's been a long & stressful battle but i am hoping to get this complete in the next couple of weeks. Thank you @SanadakUAE and @OfficialADCB
