Good morning. Sorry I have been AWOL. So much going on. It’s a struggle right now to keep our heads above water, but taking action always chases that away. Sharing here that today, I am writing up my July to November plan. Four month to pull life together, tie up lose end ends

Why buy a piece of antique furniture with the aged patina of the one on the left, if you don’t like that look? Why not just buy one that has the patina you like? That’s the question I am asking in response to so many asking what I am going to do to “fix” the piece I bought.

@draiochta14 It does seems intrusive but her role in the British government and royal family she has a responsibility to be somewhat transparent, even King Charles was with his issue. It feels a bit invasive

I wonder if this will have any impact at all on the public’s expectation that they somehow have the right to intrude on the PERSONAL lives of public figures…

There’s a storm a comin. 18 inches expected. Firewood is stacked, snow melt laid out. Stew (successful) bubbling on the stove. A pair of geese just flew in, circled the pond and landed, probably to take shelter. All is right with the world.

@anne_southwell Yes. A ball is just a ball, a skip rope is just a skip rope. They really say nothing. They are items for kids to play with. But a plastic doll with enormous breasts, a body that one would have to be hospitalized for in RL, with closets of seriously sexy clothes…what’s the goal?

Before I worked in film/tv, when I went to job interviews, I brought a resume and did an interview. Maybe I came and did a second interview. No one ever asked me to work for a day for free. But that was a very long time ago. Is that what happens now?
