₦4,700 borrowed. ₦1.6M demanded 4 years later. That loan became non-performing at 90 days. CBN prudential guidelines require classification and provisioning at that point — not 4 years of compounding. This isn't a debt. It's manufactured liability. Predatory and illegal by CBN's own standards.

AEDC, I am of the opinion that the Band tariff is a con job in broad daylight in some parts of Abuja. How do you explain my area being on Band A and we cannot get up to minimum of 20hrs a day or even 10hrs? What baffles me more is the complacency. @aedcelectricity

This short let apartment was rented for (2 days) by some guys. After they checked out, the management inspected the place and found it completely messed up. They even broke the TV. When they called the person who rented it, he said the service was bad…that there was no electricity throughout the night, some of the ACs were not working perfectly, and they paid ₦700k per day plus ₦300k as a maintenance fee. The guy said they don’t want the maintenance fee back and that the management should use it to repair the damage. Should the apartment management get them arrested, or were the services truly that bad?
