2/ There are only three different villa types, each with unique traits and furnishings. Tikila Villa (50 total variations) offers relaxed luxury and laid-back waterfront living with beach frontage and a personal pier. Tikila’s design is inspired by the overwater bungalows in the Maldives, the eco-lodges of Costa Rica, and the beach bungalows along Highway One in Malibu.
