In the city where Trenton Democrats and the NJEA pat themselves on the back for “school success,” that’s an abject lie.
Only 6% of Trenton third-graders read at grade level — just 70 out of 1,176 children.
In Camden, it’s 11%.
In Asbury Park, 8%.
In Newark, 23.5%.
And even in affluent Montclair, .@MikieSherrill's stomping grounds (where she can afford private school with her mystery $7 million bank account), 37% of students still can’t read at grade level.
I’ve spent the past 20 years in public education, the vast majority of that time working in economically underserved communities, lifting children up, setting the bar high, encouraging them, and reminding them every day that they are smart and capable. I’ve seen firsthand the challenges they face, and I’ve committed my life to this work.
That’s why it’s disgusting to see such false bravado from the Left — the same people who funnel money from working class communities to throw billions of dollars at a broken system, congratulate themselves for “equity,” and call it success while failing an entire generation of children.
This isn’t a setback. It’s a moral failure, a sin against our non-wealthy communities.
Stop voting for the same people who brought us here. Stop believing the party that claims to uplift while holding kids down. New Jersey’s children deserve leaders who deliver results, not self-congratulations.

Vote @Jack4NJ to give our kids a fighting chance.

New Jersey parents deserve to know what’s being taught in our schools. Kids deserve a quality education that prepares them for life — not politics. As Governor, I’ll make sure classrooms focus on learning, not agendas. 🗳️ Together, we can restore common sense to our schools.
