As part of the Town of Fairfield’s transition toward cashless services, starting May 11th the FPD will no longer accept cash payments for parking tickets, police reports, fingerprinting, or other department services. Payments may be made by card, check, or money order.

Fairfield Police are assisting MTA Police with an incident at the Downtown Fairfield Train Station. The station is currently closed. Commuters should use an alternate station and expect delays. This is an isolated incident and there is no threat to the public.
