Wilson did well. My cap choice was too high risk, and perhaps now I see that it wasn't wise. Dango's substitution was not a bit issue to me (77" is still decent) - the fact that he started instead of Schade was a sign that I'd made the right choice between them. All the best with the next GW 🦭

@FPL_Walrus Due to the need to chase; Wilson was brought in and captained. However, the moral of this week’s story is variant disruption and game state impact. Dango reduced minutes without the slightest of hints and th continued theme of the season; poor frontline output

@AlllChelsea10 The only reason I might have held him (at least as bench cover) is if there'd been no clear upgrade. But as soon as Gordon showed promise I decided it was a good time to move on.

@FFScout were the best overall FPL predictor for GW 30 for players with at least 20% ownership for the whole player base. @SolioAnalytics were second for the gameweek and @fplreview were third. Other predictors appearing on this page are @FFH_HQ , @managerBotten and @fplgameweek .

A few questions. 1. Some managers use the eye test or their gut to contribute to decision making. You didn't mention this - does this mean you don't take these into account at all? Or if you do, then how do they come into play? 2. How do you process over-/underperformance? I remember Wilson's period of form where he was hauling almost weekly, but overperforming his NPxG by a lot. Lost out on that as I didn't believe it could continue due to the much lower NPxG. Eventually I got on the Wilson train despite the data but a little too late - hauled for a while now before regression (finally) caught up. Thanks 🦭
