1) When Cherelle Parker took office as mayor in January 2024, the city passed a $6.8 billion dollar budget. Just a year and half later, she's already pushing it to $7 billion. cityandstatepa.com/politics/2026/… via @CityAndStatePA

3) We're digging into the city's proposed budget and Allante will be at the Philly City Council asking the hard questions. Philadelphians deserve transparency, accountability, and a budget that actually works for the people.

2) Now, her plan is to tax companies like amazon and and Uber Eats but let's be honest, those companies don't eat the cost...you and I do. the costs gets passed straight to the consumer.
