Dr Nembhard just mentioned a major health issue that doesn't get as much attention as it shd, @djmillerJA...insufficient sleep. As he said, people having to get up so early to get to work and school contributes to this. Poor transportation systems, heavy traffic, etc. #Jamaica

@JamaicaObserver Do NOT take slb if you can avoid it. As an MD, i borrowed 5 mil overall. And ammo end up paying back 14 mil over a 12 year period cus of their interest rates. 76000 a month (on avg.). Try to avoid it
