NOT ANOTHER BORING PODCAST
You Had Full Access to the ACM—So Why Was the Car Crushed? This footage takes us inside the police department— and raises a critical question about the handling of Mustafa’s vehicle. You can clearly see: •The vehicle intact inside the police facility •Investigator Davis inside the vehicle •Direct access to the ACM (Airbag Control Module), located under the shifter This matters because we’re told the vehicle was: •Cut •Crushed •Manipulated And one explanation given was: to retrieve the ACM. But if the ACM was already accessible from inside the vehicle— why was there a need to: •Cut the roof •Use hydraulic tools •Push structural components forward •Alter the vehicle’s condition There’s also acknowledgment that: •The fire department cut the top of the car •Hydraulic tools were used near the B-pillar •The structure of the vehicle may have been altered in the process So now the question becomes: If access to the ACM was already available… what justified the level of destruction done to the vehicle? And if the vehicle was altered during that process— how does that impact the integrity of the evidence? ⸻ 🔖 HASHTAGS #MustafaAljazairi #ACM #EDR #CrashInvestigation #EvidenceIntegrity #ChainOfCustody #PoliceAccountability #ForensicEvidence #VehicleEvidence #InternalAffairs

NOT ANOTHER BORING PODCAST
The most critical piece of evidence in the Mustafa Al-Jazairi case is the dash camera inside the vehicle. And yet—there is a major question that remains unanswered: Why is Investigator Chad Mason not mentioned in the Internal Affairs investigation? This is the same officer accused of: •Removing the dash camera from the vehicle without a warrant •Taking it to his personal vehicle instead of securing it properly •Extracting the SD card and accessing the data outside proper protocol •Failing to preserve the chain of custody Today, that same dash cam: •Has no audio •Is cut before impact But according to digital forensics, the device does have audio capability. So what happened? We’re putting this on the record: There are two parts to this complaint: 1.The handling and destruction of the vehicle 2.The handling and compromise of the dash camera Internal Affairs has acknowledged part of the complaint— but the most critical piece of evidence is still being ignored. If the chain of custody was broken, can this evidence even be trusted? And if it can’t— what does that mean for the entire case? ⸻ 🔖 HASHTAGS #MustafaAljazairi #DashCam #ChainOfCustody #InternalAffairs #PoliceAccountability #EvidenceTampering #ChadMason #RobertDrum #PeterNewsham #PrinceWilliamCounty

NOT ANOTHER BORING PODCAST
Why Was Chad Mason Left Out of the Internal Affairs Investigation? A formal response from Chief of Police Peter Newsham confirms that Internal Affairs has opened an investigation into several officers involved in the Mustafa Al-Jazairi case. But one name is missing. Investigator Chad Mason—the officer who handled the most critical piece of evidence in this case—the dash camera from Mustafa’s vehicle—is not mentioned. This raises serious questions. The dash camera is central to determining what actually happened in this crash. Evidence shows that the device may have been removed from the vehicle without a warrant, handled outside proper procedures, and accessed before being submitted to digital forensics. Today, that same footage: •Has no audio •Is cut before impact •Cannot be independently verified in its original condition Digital Forensics later confirmed that the system is capable of recording audio—contradicting the current state of the evidence. So the question becomes: Why is the officer who handled this evidence not included in the Internal Affairs investigation? This video breaks down the letter, the omission, and what it could mean for the integrity of the case. ⸻ 🔖 HASHTAGS #MustafaAljazairi #InternalAffairs #PoliceAccountability #ChainOfCustody #DashcamEvidence #EvidenceTampering #JusticeSystem #PoliceInvestigation #BodyCamFootage #TransparencyMatters #LegalIssues #TrueCrime #WrongfulProsecution #ExposeTheTruth #Accountability

NOT ANOTHER BORING PODCAST
Internal Affairs Must Address Missing Evidence— Chad Mason broke the chain of custody A key issue remains unresolved. While the response from the Chief of Police addressed the condition of the vehicle, it did not address the dash camera—specifically, the broken chain of custody and missing audio. Evidence indicates that the dash camera was handled in a way that may have violated department policy. Today, that same footage: •Contains no audio •Is cut before impact These gaps raise serious concerns about how critical evidence was handled. The formal request calls for: •Investigation into the broken chain of custody •Review of the missing audio •Assessment of how these failures impact the integrity of the case and constitutional rights •Implementation of oversight and policy reforms The integrity of any case depends on the preservation of evidence and adherence to established procedures. When those standards are not met, it raises important questions that must be addressed. ⸻ 🔖 HASHTAGS #MustafaCase #DashCam #ChainOfCustody #MissingAudio #EvidenceIntegrity #InternalAffairs #PoliceAccountability #Justice #DueProcess #Investigation #Transparency #TruthMatters #LegalIssues #Accountability #CaseReview

NOT ANOTHER BORING PODCAST
The vehicle was intact at the scene. Later, while in police custody, it was dismantled, altered, and ultimately crushed. This is not a minor detail—it is the central piece of evidence in the case. A formal complaint has now been submitted to Chief of Police Peter Newsham and the Prince William County Board of Supervisors, raising serious concerns about evidence preservation, investigative integrity, and accountability. The complaint outlines: •Structural components being removed •The roof being cut •The vehicle being altered far beyond standard evidence collection procedures If the vehicle itself is central to the prosecution’s theory, then preserving it in its original condition is critical. Instead, it was destroyed. Internal Affairs has now been assigned to review the matter. The question remains: Who made that decision—and why? ⸻ 🔖 HASHTAGS #MustafaCase #EvidenceDestruction #InternalAffairs #PoliceAccountability #ChainOfCustody #Justice #Investigation #TruthMatters #LegalIssues #ForensicEvidence #Accountability #PublicInterest #UnderInvestigation #Transparency #DueProcess

You Decide: Does This Make Sense? What you’re looking at matters. The condition of Mustafa’s vehicle immediately after the crash tells a clear story—one where the structure remains intact, and all occupants have already been safely extracted. But later… the condition of that same vehicle appears drastically different. This raises serious questions: •Why was the vehicle altered after the scene? •Was this part of standard procedure—or something else? •If the computer module is accessible without destruction, why was the vehicle handled this way? •Who made that decision? A formal complaint has now been filed with the Chief of Police, and Internal Affairs has been assigned to investigate. This isn’t just about a vehicle. It’s about evidence, accountability, and truth. Watch carefully. The details matter. ⸻ 🔖 HASHTAGS #MustafaCase #InternalAffairs #Evidence #ChainOfCustody #PoliceAccountability #Justice #Investigation #BodyCam #DashCam #TruthMatters #LegalIssues #ForensicEvidence #Accountability #PublicRecord #UnderTheMicroscope
