Trump has exactly 6 hours left to decide on whether or not he should appear before Jack Smith's Washington grand jury which is considering federal charges over election subversion and incitement. According to the Guardian, as well as several other news outlets, prosecutors had assembled evidence to charge Trump with at least three crimes, which include: - Obstruction of an official proceeding. (Up to 20 Years in Prison) - Conspiracy to defraud the United States. (Up to 5 Years in Prison) - Unlawful conspiracy to violate civil rights. (Up to 10 Years in Prison) Will Trump appear?   When will he be indicted? My best guess is that he will not appear and that an indictment will likely come within 2-3 weeks Thoughts?
