@peediepuss I dried with natural air but then wrapped it in kitchen roll and put it on the towel rail to make sure it was dry. Be careful with light objects when dehydrating in air frier. Last year, I tried wild garlic and it ended up flying into the fan. Hence my change of drying method.

In Orkney the logistics of car change sometimes involves a trip south. Luckily our son in law is happy to do the swap. This involves an overnight ferry from Kirkwall to Aberdeen then a run in the new car up to Thurso to catch the last boat home tomorrow night. #carexchange
