Oklahoma upsets Arizona State to win the inaugural FSL Southeast Open. The Sooners did it without a single champ, placing all ten wrestlers in the top six. Navy and @FSLEdinboro turned in strong team-wide performances as well to finish 3rd/4th.

The team title was very much in play during the final match of the season; @FslPsu simply needed to win by bonus to catch Missouri for 1st place. Kerkvliet dominated in neutral with four takedowns, but was slowed down in the second and was never able to turn Andrews.

Penn State's Greg Kerkvliet rolled through the heavyweight bracket to become just the fourth 2X FSL Champion, and joined Schultz as the only two wrestlers to post a perfect season in S3.

FSL ASU HC @jacobpnicholson sent Cohlton Schultz on a Vision Quest to 197lbs for his redshirt senior season, and the results were spectacular: 37-0 record 89.2% bonus The most dominant season in FSL history And the S3 FSL Hodge Trophy winner

Maxx Martinez and Joey Blaze both placed for the second time as sophomores; Martinez kept rival PSU off the podium with a 9-2 blood round win over Van Ness.
Willie McDougald is a FSL AA for the first time after going 1-2 in the S1 and S2 tournaments.

A huge quarterfinal upset by @ColumbiaFsl meant there would be a new FSL champion at 149.
When the dust settled, all four semifinalists were trying to add their program to the list of 13 teams with a national championship.

The championship at 141 was a rematch of the Big Ten finals, with Jesse Mendez capturing his first national title--and the first for the FSL Buckeyes! Mendez's performance propelled Ohio State to a 4th-place team finish.
