@melhill_ @FSuperstoreUK Same here. No one turns up, no refunds and now a cancellation on the day first thing in the morning. Why should I arrange my day, which costs me money, to wait for pickups that never happen?

@FSuperstoreUK I have arranged collection for the surplus flooring I have three times and still nobody has turned up. Please can someone get back to me ASAP? I tried taking it into my local store but they said they weren’t allowed to take refunds.

@FSuperstoreUK Carpets missing in our 1st delivery, now onto our 4th attempt, beginning to think they don’t exist! We’re now having to live downstairs with all our possessions and cats!! Wish we’d gone elsewhere!! DON’T USE if you want your carpets delivered on time!
