Market Auction Theory of bananas 🍌 You don't need orderflow to tell you where the unfinished auctions are. 2 or more candles stopping at the EXACT same price will show you unfinished business on the chart. The market's job is to match buyers and sellers until someone finally gives up. The Finished Auction Let's say you're at a banana auction. The auctioneer raises the price: $0.10... $0.15... $0.20. At $0.20, only one person is left raising their hand. SOLD! The price naturally stops because there is no more interest. The market found the absolute top banana buyer, buyers were exhausted and price reversed. On a chart, this leaves a normal, pointy wick. The Unfinished Auction (aka Poor Highs/Lows) On the other hand let's say the auctioneer hits $0.20, and 5 people shout, "I'll take it!" but instead of continuing, a huge seller steps in, dumps a ton of bananas, and abruptly stops the auction. The buyers were not exhausted. They were still hungry, but they hit a brick wall. This is where 2 or more candles stop at the exact same price, not 1ct more (circled areas on the chart). Because the auction at these levels was abruptly cut off, it becomes unfinished business. Price will almost always magnetically draw back to these exact levels later to finish the job, sweep that area, and see if those banana buyers are still waiting. kaspa:native

So I bought this card for $700 at a show in vegas earlier this year, legit just bc it was clean & I like the frog… Sent it to psa, came back a 10… I was pumped, had no idea where to sell it as I’m far from a pokemon expert, but I was pumped & I threw it in my closet… Cleaned out my closet a couple weeks ago & threw it on auction with Fanatics… It just sold for $38,000… 😂😂
