FTMO Traders are never penalised or banned simply for expressing frustration or sharing a negative experience regarding a payout.
However, the violation in this specific case was the public sharing of private email correspondence with our Support team. There is a clear line between sharing your personal opinion and publishing confidential communications, which directly violates Clause 10 of our agreement. This clause is in place to protect the privacy of communications for both parties.
We fully respect a trader's right to voice their concerns, but as a regulated company, we must also enforce our Terms & Conditions consistently. Wishing everyone productive trading days ahead.

But the real question traders are asking is very simple:
If a payout gets denied,why should a trader be afraid to talk about it publicly?
Apparently sharing your own experience now counts as a violation.
Positive posts = allowed.
Negative posts = banned.
Transparency builds trust.
Silence only protects reputation.
Contracts can control behavior, but they shouldn’t control a trader’s voice.
If everything is fair and transparent, why fear traders speaking about their own payouts?
Let the community hear both sides.
Unless the goal is simply to make sure only the good stories exist online.
