You'd be surprised at how quickly losses compound Been here since 2021. Ran my port to 900K in late 2024 Then $Trump launched and I lost ~60% of it in 2 days Pivoted to "safer" builder alts on CEX $COOKIE @cookiedotfun, $CAKE @PancakeSwap, $SHELL, etc and I lost another ~50% in a few weeks Struggled to hold a near 6 figure port level for months by flipping established memes. Still lost ~30% of my remaining port Then @Pumpfun acquired @kolscan and I bet @a1lon9 wouldn't just abandon the native token $KOLSCAN so I bid the dip. BUT he abandoned it without a word and I lost ~70% of my remaining port (Still surprised nobody talks about it) Then @moonit launched and named their flagship meme JUGS and I aped to try to recover. Lost another ~50% of my remaining port Now down to low 4 figures Bet on a recovery run by @bonkfun so I bid a meme community followed/supported by Bonk team @SolportTom, @iamkadense and bagworked like crazy. Lost ~85% of my remaining port Spotted a project supported by Solana founder Toly "walletchat". Thought it was relatively safe. Wrong again It's basically been a death spiral since Trump was elected Those were just the major trades. Can't possibly list them all. But I wasn't gambling on daily runners or copy-trading In retrospect, I should have held more stables; my sizing was really bad; and I didn't recognize when the market shifted from builders and communities to 2 second hold times Now down to low 3 figures and hoping to make it back somehow Not a story I like telling so will delete later Hope somebody sees this though and maybe learns from my mistakes Losses compound extremely fast in crypto
