Even if they didn’t receive phishing emails, creditors in FTX, BlockFi, and Genesis should sign up. Many allegedly didn’t receive emails from Kroll because they feared playing Russian roulette in a known phishing environment—victims didn’t receive rights-critical notices because Kroll never did the right thing by sending notices via postal mail. This class action is about more than a security incident, it’s about negligent servicing including the claims verification process.
