What’s the minimum number of league games a player should play to be eligible for best player? I just want to see something. 50% =19 games 60% =23 games 70% =27 games 80% =31 games

@decinitive The point is this almost never happens, idek another instance where a player who missed that many games won the award but it’s because Neymar literally played on a GOAT level whilst no one else in the league was even remotely close including his teammates Mbappe and Cavani.

@FUTDonkey Well I get what you’re saying, and I’m not denying when he isn’t injured he’s way above everyone else, but he still missed a good chunk of games. And again, he is lucky he isn’t facing Monaco 16/17 where 4+ stars left.

@Armzinnho He wasn’t completely invisible. Bayern dominated the game and he was fouled constantly. He played a decent game and was clearly better than Mbappe. He’s also the only reason they reached the final with his terrific performance vs Atalanta and good games vs Leipzig and Dortmund

Mane, Salah, Hazard, Rooney, Henry, Suarez, Ronaldo and any other Premier League player you want to bring up, never played football at this level. Neymar’s in a different dimension altogether, a colossal, once in a lifetime type of talent.
