This Spanish side is very similar to the 2010 side, impossible to get the ball off them and very solid defensively. Both aren’t the most prolific offensively but they will simply pass pass pass you to death. France just can’t get on the ball.

And if France can’t get on the ball then Argentina and England will struggle tremendously as well. I didn’t see this coming but seeing how this match is playing out it’s just hard to see how Spain will be denied. All of this with Yamal never really leaving first gear.

I can’t even describe how gigantic these semi finals matches are. Undoubtedly the greatest set of semi final matches in the history of the World Cup and it’s not particularly close. Cherish these moments because they don’t come around often!

Jude Bellingham could easily end up being the best English player of all time. The World Cup campaign he is putting together is already T3 with Charlton and Moore in '66 and with 1 more great performance I'd have to say it's the best ever by an Englishman.
