@AmexUK hi are you having issues with your systems? I have just had a notification to say that you are re-issuing my card? I have called in and have been on hold for 25mins and the chat feature on my app has been disabled
Hi @AmericanExpress - have you been hacked in the UK? Unusual activity on our card & your phone centre won’t answer questions honestly but says ‘you’re not the only ones’ & you “can’t say any more” absolute joke. What do you think the result we’ll be? #amex#americanexpress
@AmexUK I'm trying to call, and to use the livechat, but apparently that isn't working. A replacement card is apparently on it's way that I didn't request. I want this to be stopped immediately. There is no issue with my card and I'm not in the country to receive a replacement.
