While some cases were found not guilty or dismissed, others were found guilty for violating curfew charges. This is not the end of the fight. Multiple people that were found guilty are appealing to the circuit court with some dates set in January. #BlackLivesMatter

i gotta give it to these organizers - it was well marshaled, the chants were 🔥, i was offered hand sanitizer and snacks at regular intervals, and the de-escalation in the face of deadly force was flawless.

Fredericksburg Commonwealth's Attorney is arguing that @FxbgGov does not need authority to limit freedom of movement and can do so and not give notice that any violation of such an order would be criminalized. WOW! Talk about advancing a police state. @ACLUVA we need you!
