Seeing the pieces of this puzzle coming together has been unbelievable. Bavarian engineered distilling equipment meticulously assembled by a world-class Hungarian installation crew. These are the instruments we’ll use to craft our small batch spirits right here on-site.

Since its beginning, bourbon's been aged in charred white oak barrels - any other wood, and the end product wouldn't taste quite right. Which is why, back in the old days, the white oak was called the "whiskey tree" by farmers, who spent slow winter months cutting them down.

Established in ‘63, Kelvin Cooperage got its start in barrel making on the banks of the Glasgow river in Scotland. Their rich history and half a century of experience are the reasons we’re working with Kelvin as our barrel maker.
