Man… It’s painful seeing highlights of stolen bases with a pitcher using a high leg lift. And then the catcher gets tagged with a “SB” against them. I think this scoring needs to change where a scorekeeper has the option to tag a pitcher with this stat. We need more pitchers taught how to control the running game. Reality is most SB’s are because of the pitcher. Yes, it’s a team effort but we (the pitchers) set the tone for it.
